Lease Entitlement Reviews

Based on the differences, if any, between the LA and the PSA, CSC will assess what entitlements and permitted uses have been underutilized, met, or exceeded.

CSC can then recommend and secure any notice, consent, or amendment as required bringing the site into legal compliance and seeking any adjustments as appropriate.

Site Management

Our company provides a wide range of site management services. These include the overall handling of any issues that may arise about wireless leases and the physical wireless facility on a property.

With approval, CSC will handle all correspondence, legal documents, access scheduling, and necessary approvals. Our management of your wireless facilities allows you to focus on your core business.

Physical Site Assessments (PSA)

CSC can perform a physical site assessment, which includes:

  • A Site Visit
  • Photos
  • Equipment Analysis
  • Antenna Numbers
  • Square Footage
  • Cable Size and Quantity
  • Manner of Electrical Usage
  • Final Report Specifically Outlining the Current Use of the Facility.

Site Upgrade Management

Including a/c upgrades, antenna upgrades/change outs, additional space requirements, electrical upgrades, generator adds, T-1 upgrades, and dish installations. Lease or easement agreements with five or fewer years in the remaining term can be negotiated.

Property Marketing

Under our management program, CSC will add your property to our national database. Our marketing is best in class, and our relationships and experience in the industry allow us to update our database every week.
