Current Rents Payable to Landlords.
Site Upgrade Management
Including a/c upgrades, antenna upgrades/change outs, additional space requirements, electrical upgrades, generator adds, T-1 upgrades, and dish installations. Lease or easement agreements with five or fewer years in the remaining term can be negotiated.
Property Marketing
Under our management program, CSC will add your property to our national database. Our marketing is best in class, and our relationships and experience in the industry allow us to update our database every week.
